Before registering, please ensure your clinic or practice meets our participation criteria:

• Your clinic is actively involved in one or more of the following areas: Sexual Wellness, Wound Healing, Aesthetics, Hair Regeneration, or Orthopedics.
• You are a licensed medical professional or part of a certified research facility.
• Your practice has the capability to perform one or more procedures required for clinical research (e.g., IV, IM, IA, etc.).
• You are willing to share de-identified data with the CSR community to advance collective medical understanding.
